1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of veteranresourcesolutionsgroup.com (the “Site”), operated by Veteran Resource Solutions Group LLC (“VRSG,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
2. What the Site is for
The Site provides general information about VRSG, our services, our leadership, and our credentials, and lets you contact us. It is for informational and business development purposes only.
3. No contract, offer, or advice
- No contract by using the Site. Nothing on the Site is an offer, bid, quotation, proposal, or commitment to perform work. Any engagement with VRSG exists only under a signed written agreement or an awarded government contract or subcontract.
- No professional advice. Content on the Site, including descriptions of healthcare operations, clinical documentation, construction, transportation, or compliance services, is general information. It is not legal, medical, clinical, engineering, financial, or compliance advice, and it does not create a professional or advisory relationship.
- Capability descriptions. Descriptions of our services and experience reflect the background of our leadership team and company at the time of publication. Whether we can meet a specific requirement is determined during a formal review of that requirement.
4. Certifications, registrations, and identifiers
The Site states that VRSG is certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), is registered in SAM.gov, and holds a Unique Entity ID (UEI), CAGE code, and NAICS codes. Certifications and registrations are subject to renewal, review, and change. For the current status, please verify with the issuing authorities, including SBA Small Business Search and SAM.gov.
Display of a certification does not mean the U.S. Government or the SBA endorses VRSG or any of its goods or services.
5. Illustrative images
Photographs and images on the Site are illustrative. They may be generated by computer or taken from stock image libraries, and do not necessarily depict VRSG personnel, equipment, customers, or completed projects. Do not rely on them as evidence of past performance.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
- introduce malware, scrape or overload the Site, or interfere with its operation or security;
- send spam, fraudulent, defamatory, or harassing messages through the contact form; or
- submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, protected health information, or other sensitive data through the Site.
7. Messages and information you send us
When you contact us, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We will use it as described in our Privacy Policy. Messages sent through the Site are not confidential unless we have agreed in writing to a nondisclosure agreement. Please do not include trade secrets or proprietary solicitation data unless a suitable agreement is in place.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, its text, design, graphics, logos, and layout are owned by or licensed to Veteran Resource Solutions Group LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Veteran Resource Solutions Group,” “VRSG,” and our logos may not be used without our written permission, except as needed for fair, accurate references to our company.
We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to view and print Site content, including our capability statement, for your internal business evaluation of VRSG. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site except as this license allows.
Other names, logos, and marks (including those of government agencies) belong to their owners and appear for identification only.
9. Links to other websites
The Site may link to websites we do not control. We provide links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veteran Resource Solutions Group LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veteran Resource Solutions Group LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in these Terms changes the terms of any written contract between you and VRSG.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Veteran Resource Solutions Group LLC against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and VRSG agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Alexandria, Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Contracts with the U.S. Government are governed by the terms and applicable federal law stated in those contracts.
14. Changes to the Site and Terms
We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and VRSG about the Site.
